Kathleen is a compassionate therapist who challenges her clients by “eating avoidance for breakfast.” Kathleen uses humor and authenticity to connect with clients and help them feel comfortable enough to go into the deep stuff and really foster growth. Kathleen is passionate about treating eating disorders and their co-occurring disorders. She’s trained in EMDR and incorporates an eclectic approach in her therapeutic practice. Kathleen follows a Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating approach. Outside of therapy Kathleen loves spending time with her dogs Oakley and Lilith. She really enjoys musical theater, playing video games, and reading.
