Katherine is a licensed clinician with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and trauma-informed care, while also integrating other modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. She values a collaborative and client-centered process, believing that therapy works best when it’s guided by your goals and experiences.
She has experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life transitions, emotional challenges, and complex family dynamics, including those connected to foster care and adoption.
