Kenyon believes strongly that choosing to pursue therapy is a courageous decision. Her top priority is ensuring that each person feels seen, heard, and understood throughout the therapeutic process. Deeply committed to walking alongside clients through their most difficult moments, Kenyon offers a sense of renewed hope and healing—recognizing that while things may feel difficult now, it won’t always be that way. She strives to create a safe, authentic space where individuals can truly be themselves, firmly believing that a strong, trusting relationship lays the groundwork for lasting and meaningful change. In their clinical work, the Kenyon uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based approaches. Whether someone is navigating a major life transition, coping with anxiety or depression, grieving a loss, or feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or uncertain, this therapeutic space is designed to support them. Outside the therapy room, the Kenyon enjoys running and participating in group fitness classes, spending time with family and friends, exploring new local restaurants, and trying her hand at baking sourdough bread.
