Kate works primarily with children and adolescents, engaging caregivers through a collaborative, systems-based approach. She specializes in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care for youth with autism, ADHD, ODD, OCD, and anxiety. Currently pursuing credentials to be a Registered Play Therapist, Kate is trained in child-led, Adlerian play therapy techniques. Her style is playful, adaptive, and centered on meeting each child’s unique needs.
With teens, she thoughtfully integrates DBT, CBT, and ACT to deliver evidence-based support during this unique life stage. Focused on emotional growth and resilience, Kate creates a safe space where young clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of positive change.
