Kat is a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Kat has experience working in non-profit community mental health and residential treatment settings. She is passionate about providing treatment for families, adolescents and young adults (ages 14 to 45 y/o). Her primary focus in treatment is generational trauma, complex trauma, personality disorders, chronic suicidal ideation, self-harm, identity issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and navigating high conflict relationships. Kat’s priority is to provide person centered, authentic therapy services where clients have space to heal, grow and pursue their goals.
