I believe that a strong, trusting relationship between counselor and client is at the core of meaningful change. My approach is grounded in a person-centered and humanistic perspective, viewing each individual as a whole person with the capacity for growth, resilience, and self-understanding. I am open to working with all ages across the lifespan, having special interest in working with children as well as folks who identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
As an intern, I will be working under a licensed clinician ensuring that you receive the best care possible throughout every step of our work together. My role is not to direct your path; rather, it is to walk alongside you listening, reflecting, and supporting your journey toward greater self-understanding and healing.
