Karina Padgett, MSW, earned her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has experience working with children and families, providing social-emotional support, therapeutic support during times of stress and transition, and behavioral and emotional support.
Karina is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate challenges related to anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, and emotional well-being. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their goals.
Karina believes in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and foster meaningful growth. She provides both in-person and Telehealth services.
