KaRina Covey is a Resident in Counseling who enjoys working with adults, teens, and groups, providing compassionate and effective care for individuals facing a range of challenges, including depression, suicidal ideation and prevention, trauma and crisis, substance use and addiction, and spiritual concerns.
KaRina is deeply committed to helping clients create safe and empowering spaces, both internally and externally. She is dedicated to helping clients discover their inner strength, build confidence, and cultivate lasting emotional resilience. Her goal is to support individuals in creating meaningful, healthy, and connected lives.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, KaRina integrates reality therapy, motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and faith-based counseling into her work. She remains flexible and client-centered, tailoring her methods to best support each individual’s unique goals and needs.
