Karen has lengthy and comprehensive experience in providing compassionate and intuitive support and counseling since obtaining her MSW from Boston University in 1996. She begun her career in adult and elder inpatient psychiatric social work, becoming further interested in medical social work which led to obtaining a BSN from Curry College in 2013, and holds a RN license in Massachusetts. She recently worked closely with families of children with chronic and life limiting diseases in a palliative care role. She brings years of experience to any clinical intervention, working intuitively and compassionately to provide safe spaces for individuals seeking growth and healing. She is uniquely qualified to provide support to grieving parents, and family caregivers.
Any clinical visit will be individualized to the needs of the whole person arriving at our practice. She is interested in including holistic practice wherever appropriate.
