Kara is passionate about helping her clients navigate the tough stuff. Trained in both social work and life coaching, Kara guides clients through anxiety, depression or overwhelm due to relationship issues, family conflict, parenting problems, religious/spiritual discontent, grief and trauma. Kara will help you reconnect to the wisest part of you which always holds the solution. Kara’s approach utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and IFS. Kara helps her clients make tangible changes and create more meaning in their lives. She loves baking, thrifting, and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
