Kandyce Kingsley, LPCC

Therapist

I have more than 15 years of experience working with people in crisis, many of whom have lived through significant stress, trauma, and change, and are doing their best to keep going while carrying a lot inside. My role is to offer a non-judgmental space where you don’t have to do that alone. I specialize in working with PTSD and complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. This might look like helping you make sense of overwhelming emotions, navigate changes in identity or relationships, process painful experiences, or simply find steadier ground during uncertain seasons of life.

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. My work is grounded in a commitment to social justice, advocacy, and supporting marginalized communities. I recognize how systems, privilege, culture, and identities shape mental health, and I strive to practice in ways that are affirming, culturally responsive, and collaborative. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you or rushing the process. It’s about finding and honoring your inherent resilience while working toward healing and growth at your own pace.
