Therapist

“Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength.” — Sigmund Freud
I’m an empathetic, goal-oriented clinician passionate about helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered in your healing journey. I create a welcoming, judgment-free space where growth feels possible and therapy feels like a partnership.

I work with children ages 3–12 and adults 25+, supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, and I integrate tools from CBT, DBT, play therapy, and expressive methods to tailor each session to what you need most.
I’m a recent MSW graduate from Boston University, where I specialized in Children and Families, and I hold a dual undergraduate degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Rider University in New Jersey. I’m also currently pursuing AASECT certification in sex therapy.

With a background spanning clinical, community, and family systems work, I offer therapy that’s compassionate, flexible, and rooted in your goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck or seeking clarity, I’m here to support you, at your pace, in your voice.
