I offer a collaborative therapy space to help you feel more in touch with what you deeply care about, feel more at ease and secure in yourself, feel more present in your life, and build your capacity to meet challenges with courage, humor and resilience. I work with adults of all ages and teenagers.
I like to involve both mind and body whenever we can, especially when it feels like talking isn’t enough. I tend to use Attachment Theory, ACT, Gestalt, Brainspotting and somatic therapy, and can offer meditation and movement exercises for those wanting to deepen your experience.
