Julianne O’Sullivan, LCSW

Therapist

Julianne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes that healing is a unique process, and no two therapy journeys look exactly the same. Her goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and relaxed environment where clients feel safe exploring their challenges, discovering their strengths, and creating meaningful change. With a naturally curious and nonjudgmental approach, Julianne works alongside clients to better understand their experiences and develop practical tools for growth and healing.

Julianne has extensive experience working with adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the feeling of being “stuck” in unhelpful patterns. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, she helps clients identify the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.

For those seeking faith-integrated care, Julianne has a special passion for Christian counseling. She enjoys helping clients navigate life’s challenges while living in accordance with their Christian values and beliefs. When clients desire, she thoughtfully incorporates faith into the counseling process through spiritual reflection, biblical principles, prayer, and exploration of how faith can serve as a source of strength and guidance. Whether clients are seeking support during a difficult season, working through spiritual questions, or striving to align their daily lives with their faith, Julianne provides a supportive space for both emotional and spiritual growth.

Julianne’s passion is helping clients feel unstuck, find hope, and create lives that feel more authentic, purposeful, and fulfilling. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they heal, grow, and discover the path forward that is right for them.
