Jourdan received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. She has experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Residential Treatment Centers (RTC) for adolescents and working with victims of crime.
She utilizes different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help adolescents/teens, families and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and stress management. She is accepting both in-person and telehealth appointments for individual (11 years old and up) and family counseling. She strives to help individuals manage stress, set boundaries, find coping skills, self-worth and improve communication skills in a judgement-free environment.
In her free time, Jourdan enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets, creating art and traveling.
