Jourdan has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Western Carolina University and has experience supporting adolescents and young adults. They have experience working with LGBTQIA+ youth and their families, providing affirming and inclusive care. Jourdan integrates evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into their practice. They believe that healing begins with being heard and fosters a therapeutic environment grounded in open, honest communication.
