Josh Hunold, LCSW

Therapist

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides client-centered, strengths-based care. I take an empathetic, direct, and collaborative approach, recognizing the courage it takes to seek support and helping you build on the progress you’ve already made.

I specialize in working with self-esteem, effective communication, life transitions, and men’s issues. Whether you’re navigating a major change, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or looking to strengthen how you show up in your relationships, I tailor our work to meet your specific needs and goals. My approach integrates talk therapy, psychoeducation, and evidence-based modalities, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Therapy with me is flexible and practical—because real growth doesn’t happen in a one-size-fits-all framework. Therapy doesn’t have to feel rigid or overly clinical. Sometimes, the most meaningful progress comes from having someone truly in your corner.

I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll build insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create lasting, meaningful change—while also working to break down the stigma surrounding mental health.
