I hold a Master’s degree in mental health counseling from Purdue Northwest and have trained in several therapeutic modalities that I incorporate into my therapy sessions. My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Mindfulness-Based, Emotionally Focused, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered and Family systems.
