Jordan completed his Masters of Arts degree in Psychological Services at Kean University in 2008 as well as completed a Masters of Arts degree in Psychological Counseling at Monmouth University in 2011. Following his completion of these degree programs, Jordan earned his Licensed Professional Counselor certificate in 2011.
Jordan has over 20 years of fieldwork experience across a variety of treatment settings and therapeutic modalities including: services for youth, adults, and their families, which may include individual, couples, group, and/or family counseling. Further, Jordan’s fieldwork includes specialty services treatment home settings, outpatient clinics, hospital programming, in-home counseling, mental health program management, and clinical supervision of new clinicians to the field.
Additionally, Jordan began his counseling career by serving as a direct care Counselor and was quickly promoted to both a Shift Leader and Senior Shift Leader for over six years in a residential, hospital setting. Next, Jordan served in a variety of positions in the field before becoming Program Therapist and Program Director for a specialty services group home. Lastly, Jordan was quickly promoted to Clinical Supervisor, Director of Behavioral Health. Clinical Director, and Chief Clinical Officer for a mental health community-based outpatient setting where he remained for 12 years.
