He earned his LPC credential in 2011.
Throughout his career, Jordan has worked across diverse mental health settings including outpatient therapy clinics, hospitals, in-home counseling, residential treatment programs, and community-based care. He’s deeply experienced in trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, and program leadership—helping guide both new clinicians and established teams in delivering compassionate, client-centered therapy.
Jordan began his mental health career as a direct care counselor in a residential hospital setting, quickly stepping into leadership roles as Shift Leader and Senior Shift Leader. His path continued as a Program Therapist, then Program Director for a specialized group home, eventually rising to Clinical Supervisor, Director of Behavioral Health, and Chief Clinical Officer at a community outpatient clinic—where he served for over a decade.
Jordan is passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care and creating supportive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal.
