Through this she hopes to foster the empowerment all individuals deserve in a safe, supportive space where they can build up their “tool box” of skills to meet their goals and live their best life.

As a person-centered, trauma-informed counselor, Jordan utilizes a range of interventions from the following approaches: Child-Centered Play Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Expressive Arts Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
