JoLynn Vallejo, LMSW, Supervised by Dayana Zamora, LCSW-S.

Therapist

JoLynn is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) currently pursuing clinical licensure. She believes therapy is a space to process the messy, overwhelming, and deeply human parts of life with honesty, support, and compassion. She understands that life can be both messy and beautiful, and enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, emotional regulation, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions while creating a warm, supportive, and authentic environment where clients feel safe to show up as themselves without fear of judgment.

Passionate about lifelong learning and personal growth. JoLynn enjoys exploring therapeutic approaches, resources, and evidence-based strategies to best support each client’s unique needs and goals. Her approach blends compassion, collaboration, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care while integrating Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based approaches, and Motivational Interviewing.

JoLynn also welcomes conversations surrounding spirituality and faith when meaningful to the client. She believes people still have the capacity to heal, grow, and flourish even in the face of adversity.
