Johnny (he/him) is a Mexican-American Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who works with adolescents (11+), adults, and older adults. He offers a culturally responsive and supportive therapeutic space, utilizing a client-centered approach that integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Evidence-Based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Johnny has experience working in acute hospital settings with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health concerns. He supports clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship issues, identity exploration, and various life transitions.
