John is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 16 years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, psychosis, substance use, and relationship challenges.
He takes a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients explore the roots of maladaptive thoughts and behaviors through psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, somatic practices, and mindfulness. John strives to create a warm, flexible, and attentive therapeutic environment where healing feels approachable and authentic, often incorporating humor into the process.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage daughters, and recharging by taking walks with his dog.
