I believe in creating a warm, welcoming space for clients that allows them to feel comfortable and safe sharing their thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. I received my undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and my Master’s degree from Rutgers University, both of which have helped shape my approach to therapy. This approach focuses on compassionate care and highlights client strengths to work towards change. In therapy, I strongly believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and that I am there to guide them in their therapy journey.
I have experience in both school and outpatient care settings and have worked with clients of all ages and many diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, autism, and PTSD. I’m excited to help my clients improve relationships, overcome trauma, and flourish!
