Utilizing approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, I emphasize the impact of trauma on personal challenges. I am dedicated to help clients achieve self-empowerment, fulfillment, and coping skills to sustain lifelong growth.
