She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy to foster self-reflection, emotional regulation, and confident decision-making. She has a particular passion for supporting adolescents and emerging adults during pivotal life transitions, as well as empowering parents to strengthen family connections and navigate the complexities of raising children with intention and compassion.

Jill believes deeply in meeting clients where they are, listening closely, and collaborating to create meaningful and sustainable change. Her warm and grounded style supports individuals in developing insight, building skills, and stepping into new chapters of their lives with a greater sense of clarity and purpose.

Outside of work, Jill cherishes time with her family and her lovable dog, Maisy. She enjoys cultivating her vegetable garden and cheering on her alma mater, the Michigan Wolverines.
