Jewel believes therapy is life-changing and utilizes a wide array of therapeutic approaches to achieve a client’s desired outcome including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-focused therapy.

Client-led therapy allows for a unique collaborative approach and Jewel believes that it is imperative to establish a supportive therapeutic pairing as the foundation for clients to begin their healing journey.

She received her BA in Psychology from University of Indianapolis and a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. Her previous experience includes working in the areas of addiction, trauma, neglect, anxiety, depression and grief. Jewel has experience providing therapy for a diverse population including individuals, families, and children with varying backgrounds.

In her free time she loves roller skating, decompressing through music and enjoys anything adventurous.
