I believe that everyone has inherent strength and value, and I work collaboratively with each client to find the best approach for their unique needs. I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering each person’s identities, cultural context, and societal influences.
I integrate tools from narrative and existential therapies and internal family systems to help clients deepen their self-awareness. I am a 200-hour trained yoga teacher and can implement somatic practices to strengthen the mind-body connection.
My goal is to support individuals in living authentic lives aligned with their values. I enjoy working with clients processing grief and loss and clients navigating relationship changes and life transitions.
