Jessie Nash, LSW

Therapist

Are you the one everyone else relies on, but rarely feel like you have space for yourself? Life can feel overwhelming when you’re used to holding everything together. Jessie Nash offers a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, talk things through, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

Jessie received her Master of Social Work from Columbia University and has an undergraduate background in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, which informs her inclusive, affirming approach to working with diverse and LGBTQ+ clients.

Jessie works with adolescents, adults, and caregivers navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and life transitions. Her approach is compassionate, honest, and grounded, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and humanistic practices. She incorporates inner child and deeper reflective work to help clients understand patterns at their root, while also building practical tools for everyday life. Jessie believes in “meeting you where you are at”, without pressure or judgment, and helping you move forward in a way that feels real and sustainable.
