Jessie Gage, LSW

Therapist

I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience in crisis intervention, community mental health, and case management. I’ve spent my clinical training working in trauma-focused and crisis settings, supporting people through mental health emergencies, stress, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and compassion. I strive to create a genuinely safe space for my clients, where their individual identities are valued and uplifted.

In my free time, I love thrifting and exploring local vintage shops. I also enjoy crafting, making chainmail, painting, and expressing my creativity through different art projects. I’m a big fan of pop culture, conventions, and discovering new shows, and I value spending time with loved ones and finding opportunities for joy and connection.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Through both my personal experiences and professional work, I’ve witnessed the profound impact that compassionate support can have during life’s most difficult moments. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who have felt misunderstood, marginalized, or overlooked.

I hold a Certificate in Interpersonal Violence and Trauma from Rutgers University, and am also trained in the Nurtured Heart approach.
