Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University. Jessica has worked with and aided in the healing process of clients aged 7-70 across the spectrum of mental health, ranging from struggles with relationships to managing personality disorders and many things in between.
Whether individually or through couples or family settings, Jessica’s goal is to make each person feel seen, heard, and understood in their healing and personal growth. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy and utilizes concepts from across the therapeutic spectrum to form a treatment plan that is as unique as each client. Focusing heavily on the concepts of self-worth, confidence, and boundary setting, Jessica’s goal for each individual person is for them to recognize their own strength and utilize the power they’ve always held inside of them. Therapy is not a uniform experience and Jessica will tailor the experience to best meet your needs and expectations.
