Jessica is passionate about creating a warm and safe place where young people can grow and heal. Jessica finds meaningful work in supporting those from hard places, including children and families impacted by foster care, adoption, divorce, and other trauma. Incorporating play therapy, mindfulness, TBRI, and cognitive behavioral therapy, Jessica’s approach is person-centered, grounded in the belief that meaningful change for children happens within the context of the whole family.
Jessica specializes in working with children and adolescents but additionally has experience with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, attachment challenges, ADHD and neurodivergence, and self-esteem issues. Jessica strives to partner with families to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and empower them to thrive both emotionally and socially.
