Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in managing life’s challenges, building practical coping tools, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Social Work. Jessica has extensive experience working in outpatient, in-home, and community-based settings, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), emotional regulation difficulties, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions.
She also works closely with families navigating behavioral and developmental concerns. Her approach is person-centered, supportive, and goal-oriented. Jessica integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, Family Systems perspectives, and Strength-Based strategies to help clients gain insight, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier patterns. She believes therapy should be both compassionate and practical — a space where clients feel safe while also gaining the tools needed to move forward with confidence.
As a proud mother of four adult children, Jessica understands—both professionally and personally—how complex and overwhelming life can feel at times. She strives to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. On her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, spending time with her family, cooking, and exploring historical sites.
