Jessica Bower, LSW

Therapist

Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and adults through life’s many twists and turns. She brings a deeply person-centered approach to therapy, meeting people exactly where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be.

Jessica specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and attachment-based therapy, with a passion for helping clients uncover their inner strengths (aka their superpowers), build healthier patterns, and heal in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.

Her style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—because therapy works best when it feels human, not clinical. Jessica blends evidence-based practice with genuine connection, humor, and compassion. She believes people already have what they need inside them; sometimes they just need support, insight, and encouragement to access it.

Jessica has best served clients who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, Depression and fall on the Autism Spectrum. Kids are her jam and she has decades of experience working with them ages 3-10. She also knows that parents with children who struggle also need support, so she loves it when parents are invested in their own mental health as well.

Jessica also has experience helping adults with some of the same struggles navigate this crazy world we live in.

When she’s not helping others grow and heal, you’ll find Jessica spending time with her family and beloved furbabies, enjoying the outdoors, hiking, and getting her hands dirty in the garden—because balance and grounding matter both in and out of the therapy room.
