Jessica is a bilingual Art Therapist and a counselor in residency who provides outlets for healing, self-discovery, and self-expression through art making. She works through a psychodynamic, person-centered, and trauma informed approach. Jessica comes from a multicultural background allowing her to understand complex experiences. Jessica holds experience in inpatient and outpatient levels of care for individuals with complex trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders. Jessica provides individual art therapy utilizing a wide range of art materials and emphasizes that there is no prior experience needed for art therapy, only an open mind to trusting the process. Jessica enjoys art making outside of the office as a practice of self-care and spending time volunteering. She values the company of her friends, family and dog, Walle.
