Jennifer York is here to support individuals, children, families, and couples work through the hard stuff- whether that’s anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, big life changes, school or behavior struggles, or other issues. Therapy does not have to be intimidating. She aims to create a space where you can be yourself, talk freely, and feel genuinely supported. Jennifer’s style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. She brings tools from approaches like CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies, but tailors the treatment to what actually works for you and your situation. When not practicing therapy, Jennifer is typically with her family, at one of her kids’ sporting events or just hanging out at our home. Please know that you do not have to go through this alone.
