Jennifer has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating addiction, family separation, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life’s many transitions and challenges. She is currently pursuing specialization in issues faced by the LGBTQIA community.
Jennifer utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to empower clients while fostering a positive, supportive, and caring therapeutic environment. As a former military spouse, she has lived in various regions across the country, which has enriched her cultural awareness and perspective.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys exploring new places, connecting with others, and spending time with her rescue animals.
