Jennifer creates a safe, supportive space to help adults 17+ live authentically and pursue joy. She works with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, ADHD/ADD, identity exploration, family conflict, life transitions, chronic illness, and executive functioning challenges. Her approach emphasizes emotional regulation, self-esteem, boundaries, and feeling grounded and empowered in daily life.

Jennifer also sees couples. She uses Gottman Method to help couples improve communication, manage conflict, and reconnect emotionally. All relationship structures are welcome. Jennifer provides affirming, culturally competent care for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Outside of therapy, she enjoys films, museums, travel, history, and playing ukulele.
