Jen holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Regis College and is currently a PhD candidate in Social Work at Sacred Heart University. With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in healthcare, Jen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her practice. Her ongoing research focuses on medical trauma, a field in which she is deeply passionate about making a difference. Jen specializes in working with adults facing a range of challenges, including stress management, depression, anxiety, PTSD, medical trauma, chronic health conditions, chronic pain, addiction, and interpersonal issues.
Jen has a robust background in community health settings, where she has made significant contributions working with the unhoused population. Her dedication to improving the well-being of her clients is evident in her empathetic approach and commitment to evidence-based practices. As a seasoned social worker, Jen continues to advocate for and support individuals on their quest to mental and physical health. Her approach includes a range of modalities, including Internal Family Systems, CBT, polyvagal theory, and somatic experiencing. Jen believes each person’s therapy journey is unique and is committed to co-creating a path that suits the individual’s needs.
