I graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. My background includes experience in social work as well as working as a behavior technician, where I supported individuals with a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. These roles have allowed me to work across diverse settings and with clients of various ages and backgrounds.
My therapeutic style is flexible and responsive, tailored to the unique needs of each client while grounded in evidence-based approaches. I strive to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. In our work together, I focus on helping individuals recognize their strengths, clarify their values, and make sense of the experiences that shape their lives.
I approach each person with openness and respect, trusting in their inner wisdom and capacity for growth.
