Jenna Wallace (they/them), LCAT, MT-BC believes in practicing from a non-judgmental and a strengths-based approach in order to achieve one’s personal goals and thrive in and outside of therapy. They studied at SUNY New Paltz and received their Masters of Science in Music Therapy.

Jenna has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient psychiatric, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programming. Jenna’s primary focus has been working with eating disorders and complex trauma, with special attention to the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent populations.

In addition to music psychotherapy, Jenna utilizes other evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
