Jenna is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Joseph’s University. She works with a diverse range of clients, including youth and adults, and has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and personality disorders.
Jenna also works with clients through major life transitions such as relationship changes, school or career shifts, and grief and loss. Her therapeutic approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on challenging unhelpful thought patterns and building practical coping skills.
