Jenna Cummings’ clinical training and professional interests center on supporting adults navigating chronic health conditions, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

As a therapist, Jenna believes that the therapeutic relationship is a key part of healing, and she is passionate about creating a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

She uses a humanistic, person-centered approach while integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Clinical Hypnosis to meet each client’s unique needs. Jenna values working collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with their strengths, cultivate resilience, and build a life aligned with their values.

In her free time, she enjoys watching documentaries, listening to music, crocheting, and spending time with her cat. She looks forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
