Therapist

Jenna is a Licensed Social Worker with an Early Childhood Education and Development background from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, women, and families from all backgrounds who seek support with life transitions, trauma events, and general mental health needs, including but not limited to symptoms related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavior, and pre/postnatal emotional care.

Jenna aims for all clients to be seen, heard, and supported in whatever way they may need. She passionately believes in developing a strong, authentic, yet empathetic, and individualized therapeutic relationship with all her clients.

Jenna leads from a systems theory and a whole-person approach, as she likes to get a comprehensive understanding of all the many pieces that make up the puzzle of her client’s overall journey! She prefers to apply and combined various interventions to help clients reach their goals within therapy depending on identified needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TI-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, Art & Play-Based therapy, and others depending on the individualized interest of each client.
