Jenna Bartsch, MSW, LSW

Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, early motherhood, and life transitions. I hold a Master of Social Work with a clinical focus and a background in Early Childhood Education, including the developmental impact of the conception period through pregnancy and early childhood up to age seven. This foundation informs my understanding of both emotional wellness and early development.

My work is rooted in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors your unique story and identity. What It’s Like to Work With Me My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we move at your pace—building confidence, deepening self-understanding, and strengthening your sense of self. I integrate an empowerment-focused approach, helping you reconnect with your inner strengths and trust your voice as you navigate motherhood and personal growth.

Methods I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and empowerment-centered approaches to support you in managing stress, navigating anxiety, and moving through life’s transitions. Our work may include processing past experiences, building practical coping tools, and fostering self-compassion. My goal is to help you feel capable, grounded, and empowered to create a nurturing environment for yourself and your child.

Signature Quote “When you nurture yourself, you nurture everything around you—let’s add some sun and water, and watch you grow.”
