She welcomes clients from age 4 through adulthood, as well as families, creating a safe space where healing unfolds at your own pace. Her areas of focus are complex trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder recovery, sexual abuse healing, neurodiverse affirming support (ADHD, autism spectrum), dissociative disorders, domestic violence recovery, chronic illness support, grief and loss, mood disorders, OCD, borderline personality disorder, cultural identity exploration, and family healing. Jazz integrates evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Somatic Therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Community Resiliency Model, Experiential Therapy, mindfulness practices, attachment work, and disability accommodation consultation. Jazz believes deeply in your capacity for healing and growth.
