Lead LICSW

Jane is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) with a BA from Kenyon College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. She draws from many therapeutic modalities, including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), attachment regulation and competency (ARC), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

She is also certified in sensory motor arousal regulation treatment (SMART) and enjoys incorporating art, games, and music into her sessions to encourage creative expression. Jane works from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens with humor, authenticity, and compassion. While she specializes in working with children and youth, she also enjoys working with adults.

She has served a diverse range of clients who live with anxiety, depression, or who have experienced various forms of trauma. She has supported youth and adults navigating major life transitions and has a passion for serving individuals and families touched by adoption. Jane identifies as a transracial adoptee.

Aside from being a big fan of therapy, Jane also appreciates hiking in the great outdoors, a good book, and spending time with her two dogs.
