Jalen is passionate about using a collaborative and humanistic approach to support clients facing anxiety, depression, major life transitions, crisis, relationship challenges, or any other mental health challenges that one may be facing in their day-to-day life. Jalen’s practice integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and various other counseling approaches while still remaining flexible in supporting what works best for you. In his spare time, Jalen enjoys spending time with his family and pets, traveling, skateboarding, snowboarding, as well as binge watching all the latest movies and shows. He looks forward to meeting and working with you!
