Jacklyn is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with six years of experience supporting young adults and adults through life’s challenges. She uses a compassionate, down‑to‑earth approach and draws from evidence‑based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person‑centered therapy.
Jacklyn works with individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, trauma, relationship concerns, self‑esteem and body image struggles, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. She believes therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where clients can be themselves—no pressure to have it all figured out.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Dayton and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Jacklyn is especially passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and move toward lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values. Above all, Jacklyn strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
