Hello, my name is Jackie Shropshire (she/her) and I am a license clinical social worker. Sometimes, life can become so hectic with work, relationships, family, and so on and so forth, that we often forget to check in with ourselves. I believe it is important to regularly check-in with yourself and want to support you with that check-in to take care of your emotional and mental well-being. I also believe in creating a safe space, so you can be your authentic self. I work in partnership with you and support you with self-determination, along with supporting you in achieving the goals that you want to work on. I want to support you in developing and implementing healthy coping mechanisms while exploring what has caused you to experience emotional distress.
