Jackie is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy. She creates a space where clients can be real, while still being gently challenged to grow. She works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, trauma, and the overwhelm of holding it all together.
Jackie especially enjoys helping clients who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns they can’t seem to break. This often looks like improving communication, setting boundaries, and understanding emotional triggers. She also supports clients through grief and loss, recognizing how deeply it can impact relationships, identity, and everyday life.
She has a passion for working with military members and their families, helping them navigate deployments, reintegration, and the unique stressors of service life.
Her approach is collaborative and practical, drawing from CBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based perspectives. Sessions are not just a place to talk – but a place to build tools that actually help in real life.
Outside of the therapy room, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and being involved in her community. She values meaningful relationships, a good sense of humor, and making the most out of everyday moments.
